Subject to the conditions below this appliance is warranted by Hisense (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.(“Hisense”) and/or its Agents to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in this warranty terms and conditions.
This warranty is not valid unless Original Purchaser(“Purchaser”) register the purchase to Hisense within 14 days of purchase or show valid proof of purchase as and when required.
Commences from the date of purchase, within product warranty period, Hisense and/or its Agents will repair or replace of the parts or product without charge of labour, transport, parts/product to the Purchaser. Any parts/product replaced under this warranty shall become the property of Hisense.
Purchaser shall permit Hisense and/or its Agent to conduct diagnostic/tests on the product to determine the cause of failure/defect. Hisense determinations of cause of failure/defect shall be final and conclusive.
Purchaser are required to present the original invoice/receipt and warranty certificate to receive warranty service, while Hisense and/or its Agents reserves the right to decline any warranty claim.
This Warranty applies only to new Toshiba products purchased through a Hisense Authorized dealers/resellers in Malaysia.
This warranty certificate is not replaceable in the event of loss and is non-transferrable.
Hisense accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen products because of freight, transport, or storage.
2. What is NOT covered in this warranty:
Hisense reserves the right to reject claims for any services/work where the Purchaser requesting such services/work from Hisense and/or its agents cannot produce for verification of the serial number and the proof of purchase as per original invoice/receipt or there are some discrepancy/abuses on the related documentations.
This warranty will be void if any Serial Number sticker placed on the appliance is damaged, modified or removed.
If a request for repair is made against a warranty where the Serial Number sticker is not attached to the product or the customer cannot produce for verification of the original cash bill or invoice, or the product is not Toshiba, the services agents will not perform any repairs on the faulty or defective equipment and the customer will be charged a service fee.
This warranty is void if there is any unauthorized access to the hardware/software of the product or the product is dropped or collides with another object.
Defects caused by the attack of household pests, fire, lightning, natural disaster flood, pollution, power surges, incorrect power current, voltage/current fluctuation, dirt, rust, corrosion, spillage of food/liquid, salt built-up or resulting from excessive use.
Any damage or failure due to appliance being tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons, misuse, negligence, riots, or unforeseen accident.
Damages caused by improper testing, demonstration, maintenance, adjustment, or alteration of any kind.
Product damage or failure caused by deviation from recommended application and installation or overheating because of siting or positioning of the equipment, where there is no provision for adequate ventilation or no dust free environment, exposure to moisture, dampness.
Failure resulting from poor installation including but not limited to improper positioning or externally fitted equipment such as plumbing and drainage, cable, or signal cable due to incompatibility of connected equipment/appliances.
Consumables, such as but not limited to bulbs, globes, batteries etc.
Cosmetic damaged (dent, crack, scratch & etc), corrosion, rusting or stains, infestation by animals, insets, or vermin.
Not operate according to User Manual
In the event of dispute, the law of Malaysia shall apply.
